When your fixed-term contract (which lasts longer than 6 months) expires, Kolibrie will inform you at least one month before the end date of your contract whether or not your contract will be extended. This is the notice period. Kolibrie informs your employer two months before the end date of your contract that your contract expires. Your employer will then inform us whether we can extend your contract.
Have you received a notification that your contract will not be extended, while you discussed with your employer that it would be extended? Please contact Kolibrie or your employer so that we can rectify this.
