If you want to resign yourself, you have a statutory notice period.
Do you have an indefinite contract? Then you have a notice period of 1 month.
Do you have a fixed-term contract? For example a contract for 1 year or 6 months? Then your contract automatically ends on the agreed end date. If you wish to cancel prematurely, a notice period of 1 month also applies here.
A notice period of 4 days applies to on-call workers.
In consultation with your employer, you can discuss whether you can stop your work earlier. Kolibrie will then not adhere to the notice period.
