If you receive the Legal Minimum Hourly Wage (or Wettelijk Minimumloon in Dutch), Kolibrie will automatically raise your salary when there has been a changement in the legal minimum wages or (if you're 21 years old or younger) when it is your birthday.
All other changements in your gross hourly wage will have to be confirmed to us by the company you work for.
